蟲草花雲耳杞子蒸雞將雞件用生抽、蠔油同紹興酒醃好,鋪上浸軟嘅蟲草花、雲耳同杞子蒸熟。
蟲草花、杞子同雲耳分別浸 15 分鐘,然後清洗乾淨。
Soak the cordyceps flower, goji berries, and cloud ear separately for 15 minutes, then rinse clean.
雞件清洗乾淨,加入調味料拌勻醃 30 分鐘。
Rinse the chicken pieces clean, add the seasonings, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
將所有材料拌勻,放喺碟上鋪平。
Mix all the ingredients together and spread them flat on a plate.
水滾後,中火蒸 15 分鐘。
Once the water boils, steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.
