西班牙式煎蛋餅先炒香薯仔粒,倒入打勻的雞蛋及菠菜煮至凝固,面層撒上碎芝士焗至融化即成。
用3湯匙橄欖油在深煎鍋(直徑約24至25厘米)中炒薯仔粒,加鹽和胡椒調味。加入打勻的雞蛋,中火煮3分鐘。加入已熟菠菜拌勻。
Sauté the evenly diced potatoes in a deep skillet, roughly 9.5 to 10 inches in diameter, using 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper as they cook. Pour in the 8 beaten eggs and continue cooking over medium heat for 3 minutes. After that, add the cooked spinach, stirring until everything is well combined.
蓋上鍋蓋再煮5分鐘。撒上碎芝士,再蓋上至芝士融化。
Place a lid on the skillet and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top. Cover the skillet once more to allow the cheese to fully melt.
