Kulit Salmon Renyah dibumbui garam dan di-air fry bertahap hingga sedikit kecokelatan dan sangat renyah.

Take the salmon skin and scraping the "meat side" to remove any excess oil. Once that's done, flip the skin over so the skin side is facing up. Sprinkle the salt evenly over the skin and gently rub it in. Let the seasoned skin rest for 3 to 4 minutes while you preheat your air fryer to its maximum setting.
Masak 3 menit lalu matikan dan 3 menit lalu ulangi hingga kulit sedikit kecokelatan dan renyah. Biarkan dingin lalu iris dan sajikan. Enak dengan bir dingin - percaya saya :P NIKMATI!
Place the salmon skin in the preheated air fryer and cook for 3 minutes. After this initial cooking time, turn the air fryer off briefly, then resume cooking for another 3 minutes. Repeat this 3-minute cooking cycle until the skin is lightly browned and well crispy. Once it's done, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool completely.
