蘋果焦糖碗蛋糕將燕麥片、雞蛋、牛奶及蘋果粒拌勻微波加熱,脫模後淋上鹹焦糖醬即成。
將發粉同燕麥片混合。
Stir together the baking powder and oats.
加入雞蛋、雲尼拿糖同牛奶,攪拌均勻。
Add the egg, vanilla sugar, and milk to the mixture. Stir everything well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
加入已洗淨、去皮並切成小粒嘅蘋果。
Add the apple, which should be washed, peeled, and cut into small cubes.
用微波爐中火加熱約2分鐘。(最好喺中途查看一下,確保未熟透,因為功率太大嘅微波爐可能令碗蛋糕過乾。)
Microwave the mixture for about 2 minutes on medium power. It's a good idea to check on it halfway through the cooking time to ensure it doesn't overcook, as a very powerful microwave could result in a dry bowl cake.
將蛋糕脫模,淋上鹹焦糖醬。
Once cooked, carefully unmold the cake and spread the salted caramel sauce generously over the top.
