First, combine all the marinade ingredients. Place the pork chops into this marinade and let them sit for anywhere from 30 minutes to overnight.

Heat a pan over high heat.

Add the coconut oil to the hot pan.

Sear the pork chops on high heat for 2 minutes per side, or until they develop a beautiful golden-brown crust.

In a separate pan, simmer the remaining marinade along with the other sauce ingredients until it begins to thicken.

Transfer the seared pork chops to a roasting pan or any pan with raised sides. Pour the made sauce over them.

Cover the pan and cook in the oven for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chops reaches 145°F.

Once cooked, transfer the chops to a plate and tent them loosely with aluminum foil. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
