豬扒配燉蘋果將香煎豬扒配上肉桂燉蘋果,再加上煙腸與洋蔥煮的四季豆。
準備蘋果,放入小煲,加少量水蓋住煲底。加入砂糖、肉桂粉、多香果粉同雲呢拿精。喺煮豬扒同四季豆期間用細火慢煮。
Prepare the apple; place the cored and bite-sized pieces into a small pot. Add just enough water to barely cover the bottom of the pot. Stir in the sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and vanilla extract. Let this mixture simmer gently over low heat while you cook the pork chops and green beans.
豬扒調味。溶化足夠煙肉油蓋住鑊底。用中火將豬扒放喺鑊中,間中翻轉,煮至軟嫩。
Season the pork chops to your liking. In a skillet, melt enough bacon grease to coat the bottom. Place the seasoned chops in the skillet over medium heat, cooking them until tender, making sure to turn them occasionally.
將四季豆放入另一個煲,加水蓋過,調味,加入煙腸同洋蔥。煮至四季豆同洋蔥軟身。
In a separate pot, place the green beans and cover them with water. Season the beans as desired, then add the cut-up smoked sausage and chopped onion. Cook this mixture until both the beans and onion are tender.
上碟,食得!
Serve everything immediately and enjoy your meal!
