Carefully roll up each chicken breast, starting from the bottom end and rolling towards the top.

Wrap two slices of bacon around each rolled chicken breast and arrange them flat on a baking pan.

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, keeping in mind that baking times can vary depending on your oven.
開上火燒幾分鐘讓煙肉變脆(如不喜歡脆煙肉,關掉焗爐多焗幾分鐘即可)。
For crispy bacon, switch your oven to broil for a couple of minutes. If you don't prefer crispy bacon, simply turn off the oven and let the chicken rest inside for a few extra minutes instead.
