洋蔥菠蘿豬扒將調味豬腰肉扒焗熟,再淋上以碎菠蘿、洋蔥及紅糖煮成的酸甜醬汁,惹味下飯。
將牛油融化,加入洋蔥、米醋同紅糖。將碎菠蘿連汁加入有洋蔥同牛油嘅煲中。將豬腰肉切成薄扒。焗爐預熱至 220°C。
In a pot, melt the butter, then add the diced onion, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Stir in the crushed pineapple along with its juices to the onion and butter mixture. While the sauce is coming together, slice the pork loin into thin chops. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
豬扒一面調味。調味面朝下放喺烤盤,再調味背面。放入焗爐焗 30 分鐘。
Season one side of the pork chops with the 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, ground black pepper, and granulated garlic. Place them seasoned-side down in a pan, then season the other side. Bake the chops in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
將菠蘿醬汁煮至微滾。將粟粉同水混合成芡汁,用來勾芡。不停攪拌至醬汁達到喜歡嘅濃稠度。取出豬扒靜置 3 分鐘。淋上醬汁上碟。希望你食得開心!
Bring the pineapple sauce to a simmer. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and 1/3 cup water to create a slurry. Stir this slurry into the simmering sauce and continue stirring until it has thickened to your preferred consistency. Remove the chops from the oven and let them rest for 3 minutes.
