焗三文魚費達芝士意粉將三文魚、費達芝士及車厘茄連蒜蓉焗香,撥散後拌入煮好的意粉而成。
焗爐預熱至220°C(425°F)。如需要可在焗盤輕輕噴上油。將三文魚、費達芝士和番茄放入焗盤,淋上橄欖油、蒜蓉和調味料。焗20分鐘至三文魚熟透。按包裝煮好意粉(我用了半盒),留下1至2湯匙煮麵水。
Preheat your oven to 425°F. If you wish, lightly spray a casserole dish. Place the salmon, feta, and tomatoes into the baking dish. Drizzle them with the olive oil, minced garlic, and all the seasonings. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is well cooked. While the salmon bakes, cook your pasta according to the package directions (the original recipe used half a box). Remember to reserve 1 to 2 tablespoons of the pasta water.
用叉子將三文魚撥散,將焗盤中所有材料拌勻。加入煮好的意粉和煮麵水,充分拌勻。
Once baked, use a fork to flake the salmon into smaller pieces. Stir all the ingredients together directly in the baking dish. Add the cooked pasta and the reserved pasta water to the dish, then stir everything until it's well combined and evenly distributed.
