三文魚鮮蝦意大利扁麵以牛油、青豆、肉荳蔻同檸檬煮成忌廉醬,拌入煎香鮮蝦同三文魚。
提前準備好一切,因為烹調很快!燒一大鍋加鹽的滾水,開始煮意粉(我的需要6–8分鐘)。
First, gather all your ingredients and prepare them, as this dish cooks very quickly! Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add salt and a touch of oil. Begin cooking the tagliatelle according to package directions (mine typically takes 6-8 minutes).
另一個大鑊以大火加熱,加入牛油至滋滋作響,加入洋蔥炒至邊緣略微金黃,加入蒜頭調至中火炒2分鐘,加入蝦炒3分鐘至剛熟,再加入三文魚、青豆和忌廉,最後加入肉荳蔻和青檸汁拌勻。
Meanwhile, in a separate large pan, melt the butter over high heat until it begins to sizzle. Add the finely diced onion and cook until it turns slightly golden around the edges. Add the minced garlic and reduce the heat to medium, cooking for 2 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for 3 minutes, or until they are just cooked through. Add the salmon, peas, and cream. Stir in the nutmeg and lemon or lime juice, mixing everything together well.
瀝乾意粉,保留約半杯煮麵水。將意粉和麵水倒回同一個鍋,加入橄欖油和黑胡椒,加入一半醬汁拌勻,然後盛入碗中,再將餘下醬汁澆在上面。可再撒少許肉荳蔻和帕馬森芝士,盡情享用!
Drain the cooked pasta, making sure to reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Return the pasta and the reserved water to the same pot. I like to add a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper at this stage. Stir in half of the made sauce to coat well the tagliatelle. Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl, then spoon the remaining sauce over the top. For an extra touch, grate a little more nutmeg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
