蜜糖蒜香三文魚配米粉以蒜頭、豉油、蜜糖同羅勒調成醬汁裹上魚肉,伴米粉、綠葉菜同少許辣椒粉。
醬汁:蒜頭、油、豉油及蜜糖。
For the Sauce: Start by combining the minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
加入羅勒、辣椒、乾薑及香草。
Add the basil, chili, dried ginger, and any other herbs you'd like to the sauce mixture.
在三文魚上灑少許鹽及胡椒粉,每面各煎 2-3 分鐘。
Lightly season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then pan-fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
最後將醬汁淋在魚上,再煎一分鐘。然後烹煮米粉:米粉用滾水浸泡 5-7 分鐘,隔走水後加少許植物油拌勻。
Pour the made sauce over the fish and continue to fry for just one more minute. While the salmon finishes, cook the rice noodles. To do this, soak the rice noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Once they are tender, drain them well and toss with a little vegetable oil.
將鑊中的醬汁淋上,即可享用。
Drizzle any remaining sauce from the pan over the salmon and noodles, and your meal is ready.
