雞翼以豉油醃過,連薯仔、洋蔥、薑蒜炆至軟腍,加少許老抽調色。
雞翼切半,薯仔切件。
Halve the chicken wings and cut the potato into pieces.
雞翼放入鍋煮約3分鐘。
Put the chicken wings in a pot and boil for about 3 minutes.
撈出雞翼瀝乾。
Drain the chicken wings.
雞翼加入醃料拌勻,醃約半小時。
Add the marinade to the chicken wings, mix well and marinate for about half an hour.
爆香蒜頭薑片,放入雞翼煎香。
Stir-fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the chicken wings and pan-fry until browned.
薯仔加水煮約5分鐘。
Add water to the potato and cook for about 5 minutes.
放入雞翼和洋蔥炆約15分鐘。
Add the chicken wings and onion and braise for about 15 minutes.
加入少許老抽調色即成。
Add a little dark soy sauce for colour and serve.
