雞件以浸軟嘅五指毛桃、紅棗同薑片醃過,大火蒸熟,鹹鮮帶清甜。
雞洗淨切件,五指毛桃洗淨後用清水浸 30 分鐘,紅棗去核。
Rinse the chicken and cut into pieces. Rinse the five-finger fig root and soak in clean water for 30 minutes. Pit the red dates.
碗中加入適量料酒、鹽、生抽、食油,攪勻。
In a bowl, combine cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce and cooking oil to taste, and stir evenly.
將雞肉放入調味汁中,加入薑片、蔥段、紅棗、杞子,攪勻醃 30 分鐘。
Add the chicken to the seasoning, then add ginger slices, spring onion segments, red dates and goji berries. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
將醃好嘅雞肉放入蒸鑊,大火蒸 25 分鐘即成。
