牛蒡合掌瓜素湯以牛蒡、合掌瓜、紅蘿蔔同粟米慢煲,加腰果、蜜棗同南北杏,甘香清甜。
牛蒡洗淨切片,紅蘿蔔、合掌瓜去皮洗淨切件,粟米切件備用。
Rinse and slice the burdock; peel and rinse the carrot and chayote, then cut into pieces; cut the corn into pieces and set aside.
腰果、蜜棗、南北杏洗淨備用。
Rinse the cashews, candied dates, and apricot kernels and set aside.
將全部材料放入煲內加入清水,大火煲滾,轉細火煲 5 小時,加鹽調味即成。
Put all the ingredients into a pot with water, bring to a boil over high heat, then lower to gentle heat and simmer for 5 hours. Season with salt to finish.
