四寶素湯以黃金菇、雲芝、舞茸、姬松茸同茶樹菇煲成,加栗子同粟米,菇香味濃。
將食材洗淨,然後浸泡約 30 分鐘。
Rinse the ingredients, then soak them for about 30 minutes.
將粟米去皮,然後切塊。
Peel the corn, then cut it into chunks.
湯鍋加入適量食水,煮滾後加入全部食材。
Add enough water to a soup pot, bring to a boil, then add all the ingredients.
蓋上鍋蓋,大火慢煮約 1 小時,最後可加入適量鹽調味。
Cover with a lid and simmer over high heat for about 1 hour, then season with salt to taste at the end.
