蓮藕栗子素湯以蓮藕、栗子、核桃同粟米慢煲,加蜜棗提味,清甜無肉。
將蓮藕同粟米洗淨,切件備用。
Rinse the lotus root and corn, then cut into pieces and set aside.
把蜜棗洗淨。
Rinse the candied dates.
煮滾一鍋水,然後放入栗子,煮約 10 分鐘。
Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the chestnuts and boil for about 10 minutes.
取出栗子,放喺布上拖拉,咁樣栗子就能輕易去皮。
Take out the chestnuts and roll them on a cloth, which makes the skins easy to peel off.
把所有材料放入鍋中,水滾後煲約 2 小時。
Put all the ingredients into the pot and simmer for about 2 hours after the water boils.
