火腿芝士三文治將車打芝士及火腿夾於塗牛油的麵包,慢火煎至金黃、芝士融化。
把麵包切去外皮。每塊麵包一面塗上牛油。把塗了牛油的一面對放,這樣就不會弄污砧板。
Trim off the bread crusts. Spread butter on one side of each slice. Place the buttered sides facing each other so the butter doesn't smear the cutting board.
在麵包上放上一片芝士、火腿,再放上另一片芝士。
On a slice of bread, layer a slice of cheese, the ham, then another slice of cheese.
用中慢火把不黏鑊燒熱,放下麵包,塗了牛油的一邊向下。把另一塊麵包放在火腿和芝士上面,記得塗了牛油的那邊向上。
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and place the bread on it, buttered side down. Put the other slice of bread on top of the ham and cheese — remember the buttered side faces up.
把麵包底面煎至金黃色。小心翻轉另一面,同樣煎至金黃色,中間的芝士融化,即成。趁熱享用。
Fry the bottom of the bread until golden. Carefully flip to the other side. Fry until golden too and the cheese in the middle has melted. Serve hot.
