火腿芝士布魯斯蓋達將法棍切半塗上酸忌廉,鋪上火腿粒同瑞士芝士絲,焗至芝士融化,香口惹味。
焗爐預熱至 180°C。將法棍縱向切半。每件塗上 1 湯匙酸忌廉,然後鋪上火腿粒同瑞士芝士絲,用鹽同黑椒調味。
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Take the baguette pieces and slice them in half lengthwise. Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream evenly over each baguette half. Layer diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese on top. Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
放入預熱焗爐以 180°C 焗 10 分鐘。
Place the made bruschetta in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
配新鮮沙律上碟。
Serve immediately, perhaps alongside a fresh salad.
