火腿芝士卷將麵粉薄餅包住火腿和瑞士芝士,外塗牛油焗至金黃,帶法式吐司風味。
預熱焗爐至 200°C。
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
在每塊薄餅中央放一片瑞士芝士,再放一片火腿,最後再放一片芝士在上面。
Take each tortilla and place one slice of Swiss cheese in its center. Follow this with a slice of ham, and then top the ham with another slice of Swiss cheese.
可選:加入一湯匙白汁。
If you're making the Croque Madame version, you can optionally add a spoonful of Béchamel sauce at this point.
將薄餅的四邊向中央折疊成四方形。
Fold the tortilla into a neat square by bringing all the edges inward towards the center.
在卷的外面塗上軟化牛油,焗 5 分鐘。
Spread softened butter generously over the outside of the folded wrap. Bake it in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
將卷翻面,另一面塗上牛油,烤至金黃。
After 5 minutes, flip the wrap over, spread more butter on the other side, and continue baking until it's golden brown.
即刻配青菜沙律上桌。
Serve your warm wrap immediately, perhaps with a fresh green salad on the side.
