水果磨牙棒以紅心火龍果、有機奶粉和麪粉搓成麪糰,扭成條狀焗至硬身,方便寶寶抓握咬啃。
準備好食材。
Prepare the ingredients.
火龍果用攪拌機打成蓉。
Blend the dragon fruit into a purée with a blender.
用篩網隔一隔。
Strain it through a sieve.
把火龍果汁、奶粉和麪粉放在一起。
Combine the dragon fruit juice, milk powder and flour.
揉成光滑麪糰,用保鮮紙包好,於室温下鬆弛20至30分鐘。
Knead into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and rest at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.
鬆弛好的麪糰用擀麪杖擀成麪片。
Roll the rested dough into a sheet with a rolling pin.
把兩條麪條疊起,像扭麻花一樣捲起。
Stack two strips of dough and twist them together like a cruller.
把磨牙棒均勻地排在焗盤上。
Lay the teething sticks out evenly on a baking tray.
焗爐預熱十分鐘,以上下火160度焗20分鐘;磨牙棒剛出爐時微軟,放涼後就會變硬。
Preheat the oven for ten minutes and bake at 160C, top and bottom heat, for 20 minutes; the sticks are soft when hot and firm up once cooled.
放入密封罐保存,寶寶想咬東西時給一根,大一點的孩子當零食吃也不錯!
Store them in an airtight jar; hand baby one when they want to chew, and older children enjoy them as a snack too.
