燒烤菲力牛扒配帕馬森芝士薯仔片將菲力牛扒燒香,伴焗帕馬森薯仔同雜菜,淋上燒烤紅酒醬汁。
焗爐預熱至 450°F。
Preheat your oven to 450°F.
薯仔切成半吋厚圓片,洋蔥切半吋楔形,甜椒切四份去籽。
Prepare your vegetables: slice the potatoes into 1/2-inch medallions, cut the onion into 1/2-inch wedges, and quarter and deseed the sweet peppers.
喺焗盤上將薯仔、洋蔥、甜椒同粟米用油、鹽、黑椒拌勻。以 450°F 焗 20 分鐘。
On a baking sheet, toss the sliced potatoes, onion wedges, quartered peppers, and sweet corn with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes.
同時,用廚房紙吸乾菲力。大方地用鹽同黑椒調味。
While the vegetables are baking, pat the filet mignon dry with a paper towel. Season them generously with salt and pepper.
喺 300°F 燒烤至所需熟度,每 3-5 分鐘翻面,直至各面上色。離火靜置。
Grill the seasoned filets at 300°F until they reach your desired internal temperature. Flip them every 3-5 minutes to ensure all sides are nicely colored. Once cooked, remove them from the heat and let them rest.
牛扒焗緊嘅時候,喺小煲中用中火將燒烤醬、牛油同紅酒煮至微滾,不時攪拌。
While the steak is cooking, prepare the glaze: in a saucepan over medium heat, combine the BBQ sauce, butter, and red wine. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring frequently.
焗咗十五分鐘後,將番茄粒撒喺薯仔同蔬菜上面。
After the vegetables have baked for 15 minutes, add the diced tomatoes to the baking sheet and toss them with the potatoes and other vegetables.
將帕馬森芝士撒喺蔬菜上,放返入焗爐焗 3-5 分鐘至融化。
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the roasted vegetables and toss them together. Continue baking for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
擺盤時,喺碟中央淋上少許燒烤醬。然後將帕馬森薯仔混合物放喺醬汁上。用番茜裝飾。牛扒斜放喺蔬菜旁,將剩餘醬汁淋喺牛扒四周。
To plate, drizzle some of the BBQ glaze in the center of each serving plate. Spoon the Parmesan potato and vegetable mixture over the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley. Arrange the rested steak slightly against the vegetable medley, and drizzle any remaining glaze around the steak.
