芝士薯蓉肉批將牛油芝士薯蓉與炒香的牛扒、洋葱層層疊入焗碗,焗至表面金黃惹味。
薯仔洗乾淨,去皮。
First, wash and peel the potatoes.
趁薯仔煮緊,將洋蔥同蒜頭切好,備用。
While the potatoes are cooking, slice the onion and garlic, then set them aside.
將焗爐預熱至 350 度。
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
將牛扒切成一口大小。
Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
薯仔煮熟後瀝乾,放喺一旁,加入牛油。
Once the potatoes are done, drain them and set them aside. Add butter to the drained potatoes.
喺鑊中加入少量油,放入洋蔥炒勻,再加入蒜頭。
In a frying pan, add a small amount of oil. Sauté the onions, stirring until softened. Add the garlic.
加入牛肉,煮至全熟(唔再有粉紅色)。盛起備用。
Add the meat to the pan and cook until it's no longer entirely pink. Set the cooked meat aside.
整薯蓉。加入牛奶、蒜粉、洋蔥粉、鹽、黑椒同一把芝士,壓勻。
Now, prepare the mashed potatoes. Add milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and a handful of cheese to the cooked potatoes and mash them.
喺大或中型焗碗中,按以下順序疊:先鋪薯蓉喺底部,再放牛扒、洋蔥同少量芝士……然後再加薯蓉、牛扒同芝士。最後將餘下嘅薯仔同芝士鋪上面。
In a large or medium casserole dish, layer the ingredients as follows: first, a layer of mashed potatoes on the bottom, followed by the steak and onion mixture, and some cheese. Add another layer of mashed potatoes, more steak, and cheese. Finish by adding the remaining mashed potatoes and the rest of the cheese on top.
放入焗爐焗約 10 至 15 分鐘。完成啦!
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. And just like that, it's done!
