越南風味燒豬肉以魚露、黃糖同香茅醃薄切豬肉,燒至邊緣焦香,配白飯或生菜包。

燒烤、煎或上火烤豬肉,表面需要有些焦黑的痕跡才好味。
Cook the pork using your preferred method: grill, pan-fry, or broil. For the best results, aim for some delicious black, charcoal-like bits on the meat.
隨意上桌,配白飯、生菜包、自選醬汁,切條食用,非常美味。
Serve the pork however you like! It's fantastic with rice, wrapped in lettuce, or accompanied by a sauce of your choice. Slicing it into strips before serving is also a great option.
