蒜蓉豆豉蒸排骨將排骨同壓蓉的豆豉及蒜蓉拌勻醃好,隔水大火蒸熟,佐白飯一流。
排骨沖水洗淨,瀝乾水分,切成約1½吋丁塊。豆豉沖水洗淨,瀝乾,用匙壓成蓉。
Rinse the pork ribs and drain. Cut into about 1½-inch pieces. Rinse the fermented black beans and drain, then mash into a paste with the back of a spoon.
排骨用醃料拌勻,再拌入蒜蓉和豆豉。隔水大火蒸約20分鐘,或直至肉沒血紅色、熟透。趁熱享用,佐白飯一流。
Mix the pork ribs with the marinade, then mix in the minced garlic and fermented black beans. Steam in a wok over water on high heat for about 20 minutes, or until no pink remains and the meat is cooked through. Serve hot. Excellent with rice.
