忌廉三文魚闊麵,三文魚粒用牛油煎香,再同芫荽、巴馬臣芝士同忌廉煮成醬汁,拌入意粉。
三文魚柳切粒,加入橄欖油、羅勒及薑。
Dice the salmon fillets. Place them in a bowl with the olive oil, basil, and ginger.
加入辣椒及鹽,攪拌均勻。
Add the chili and salt, then stir everything together well to combine.
用牛油煎三文魚 10 分鐘至金黃色,放到碟子上。
In a pan, fry the seasoned salmon in butter for 10 minutes, or until it turns golden brown. Once cooked, transfer the salmon to a plate.
然後炒香洋蔥和蒜頭 5 分鐘。
In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
加入芫荽、巴馬臣芝士及忌廉,煮 2-3 分鐘。
Stir in the cilantro, Parmesan cheese, and cream, and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
加入熟意粉。
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce.
