墨西哥辣椒果凍烤豬扒先塗上照燒牛油,再上烤架,最後抹上甜辣的墨西哥辣椒果凍。
將烤架預熱至 190 至 205°C(374 至 400°F)。
Preheat your grill to a temperature between 375°F and 400°F.
融化牛油,加入照燒醬混合。
In a small bowl, melt the butter, then stir in the teriyaki sauce until well combined.
調味後塗上牛油和照燒醬,靜置 10 至 15 分鐘再放上烤架。
Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Brush them generously with the melted butter and teriyaki sauce mixture. Allow the seasoned chops to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before placing them on the hot grill.
烤 4 至 5 分鐘後翻面。剩 2 分鐘時塗上果凍再烤最後 2 分鐘。取出享用!
Grill the pork chops for 4 to 5 minutes on one side, then flip them over. With about 2 minutes remaining in the cooking time, spread the jalapeño jelly over the chops. Continue cooking for the final 2 minutes. Once done, remove the pork chops from the grill, serve immediately, and enjoy!
