芝士煙肉焗薯先烤香薯仔,再將薯蓉拌入芝士、煙肉同黑椒回填,焗第二次至金黃。
薯仔表面塗上油、鹽、黑椒,放入焗爐以 180 度烤焗 40 分鐘。
Rub the potatoes with oil, salt and black pepper, then bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
將焗薯切開一半(但唔好切到底),取出少許薯仔肉壓成薯蓉,加入芝士、煙肉、鹽同黑椒。
Cut the baked potato in half (without slicing all the way through), scoop out a little of the flesh and mash it, then mix in the cheese, bacon, salt and black pepper.
薯蓉放返薯仔內,放入焗爐以 180 度烤焗約 10 至 15 分鐘即成!
Spoon the mash back into the potatoes and bake at 180C for about 10 to 15 minutes.
