日式味噌焗三文魚以味噌、味醂、米酒調成西京燒汁醃三文魚扒,氣炸焗香,配檸檬同食。
三文魚扒兩面撒上少許胡椒粉。將味噌、味醂、米酒混合。
Sprinkle a little white pepper on both sides of the salmon steaks. Mix the miso, mirin and rice wine together.
三文魚淋上醬汁醃製至少半個鐘,醃得越耐會越入味!放入預熱氣炸鍋 185 度焗 8 分鐘即成。
Coat the salmon with the sauce and marinate for at least half an hour; the longer it marinates, the more flavour it absorbs. Bake in a preheated air fryer at 185°C for 8 minutes to finish.
*冇氣炸鍋可以用焗爐代替。又可以用平底鑊煎,如果想煎得香脆,就要抹走面頭嘅醃料醬汁。
*If you have no air fryer, use an oven instead. You can also pan-fry it; if you want it crisp, wipe off the marinade on the surface first.
