日式薯仔燉肉以薯仔、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥同芋絲配豬肉,用日式豉油、味醂、糖炆至軟腍入味,送飯一流。
燒熱鍋落少許油,豬肉片稍為煎熟,拎起備用。
Heat a pan with a little oil, lightly sear the pork slices, then remove and set aside.
炒香洋蔥、紅蘿蔔及薯仔,落清水,以日式豉油、味醂及糖調味。
Stir-fry the onion, carrot and potato until fragrant, add water, then season with Japanese soy sauce, mirin and sugar.
加入芋絲,蓋蓋子細火煮 15 分鐘,至蔬菜軟熟及入味。最後放豬肉炆煮多 5 分鐘即成。
Add the shirataki noodles, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft and flavoured. Finally add the pork and braise for another 5 minutes to finish.
