葡式牛扒三文治將西冷拍薄拍入蒜頭,用橄欖油同白酒煎蒸,夾入脆皮麵包配芥末同烤洋蔥。
將西冷切成兩件,按口味加鹽和胡椒粉,切除多餘脂肪。
Cut your sirloin steaks in half. Season them with salt and pepper to your liking, and trim off any excess fat.
用肉錘將肉拍薄,翻面再調味再拍。
Use a mallet to pound the meat until it becomes a bit thinner. Flip the meat over, season it again, and continue pounding.
切碎蒜頭並拍入肉中,翻面重複。
Roughly chop the garlic, then pound it directly into the meat. Flip the meat and repeat this step on the other side.
用少許橄欖油和白酒,加蓋煎蒸每面1分鐘。
Heat a small frying pan. Add a dash of olive oil and a dash of good quality white wine. Place the steaks in the pan, cover tightly with the lid, and fry/steam for 1 minute on each side.
將麵包切開並塗上芥末醬。
While the steaks are cooking, slice your bread buns and spread them with mustard.
趁熱上桌。
Serve the sandwiches immediately while hot.
