自家製牛扒配薯蓉以牛油、蒜頭及百里香淋煎菲力牛扒,配上薯蓉同忌廉磨菇汁,豐盛滿足。
用海鹽、黑胡椒及橄欖油醃制牛扒,靜置最少 10 分鐘。
Season your steak with sea salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Let it rest for a minimum of 10 minutes.
將鑊放喺大火上燒熱。用厚底鑊確保受熱均勻。鑊夠熱後,淋上橄欖油。
Place a thick pan over high heat to ensure even temperature distribution. Once the pan is sufficiently hot, add a drizzle of olive oil.
將牛扒放入鑊,靜置 3 分鐘,切記唔好郁佢!
Carefully place the seasoned steak into the hot pan and let it cook undisturbed for 3 minutes. Resist the urge to move it!
加入蒜頭及百里香提味,略為淋汁喺牛扒上。
Add the garlic and thyme to the pan to infuse flavor. Briefly baste the steak with the pan juices.
翻轉牛扒,再等 3 分鐘。用牛油、蒜頭及百里香淋汁。之後取出牛扒,喺室溫靜置 10 分鐘。
Flip the steak and cook for another 3 minutes. Continue basting it with the butter, garlic, and thyme from the pan. After this, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
趁煮緊牛扒嘅時候,喺醬汁鑊入面溶化牛油製作醬汁。牛油溶化後,加入磨菇炒勻至金黃色。
While the steak is cooking, prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan. Once melted, add the mushrooms and stir until they are evenly combined and turn golden brown.
加入濃忌廉,用鹽及胡椒調味。
Pour in the double cream, then season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
將粟米及四季豆灼熟。
Separately, boil the corn and green beans.
將牛扒配上薯蓉、忌廉磨菇汁及蔬菜上桌。
Serve the steak alongside the mashed potato, the creamy mushroom sauce, and the boiled vegetables.
