蘑菇洋蔥芝士牛扒意粉將牛扒、洋蔥和蘑菇炒香,加入忌廉蘑菇湯及濃忌廉慢煮,拌入麵條和芝士。
燒熱橄欖油,將牛扒、洋蔥和蘑菇一同炒,加鹽和胡椒調味,待牛扒變褐後加入一罐忌廉蘑菇湯、一罐水和一杯濃忌廉,一起煮約20分鐘,然後煮麵條加入,小火燜煮約15分鐘,上桌時放上芝士和酸忌廉,非常美味!
