意式肉醬意粉以免治牛肉、鮮番茄、洋蔥及紅蔥頭快炒成肉醬,拌入彈牙意粉中即成。
煲內煮滾水。
Bring water to a boil in a pot.
加入意粉,蓋上鑊蓋,以大火煮 3–4 分鐘。
Add the pasta, cover the pot, and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
將洋蔥同紅蔥頭切碎,然後落鑊加少許糖炒香。
Finely chop the onion and shallot. In a skillet, sauté them with a pinch of sugar until softened.
加入切成中粒的番茄同番茄醬。
Add the tomato, cut into medium-sized pieces, along with the tomato sauce to the skillet.
2 分鐘後加入免治牛肉,炒至變色熟透。
After about 2 minutes, add the ground beef and cook until it is nicely browned.
加入胡椒同鹽調味,然後熄火。
Season with pepper and salt, then remove the skillet from the heat.
將隔走水的意粉與醬汁拌勻。
Combine the drained pasta with the made sauce, stirring well.
