煎焗豬鞍扒先用牛油將醃好嘅豬鞍扒煎香,再蒸氣烤焗至金黃,最後淋上蜜糖芥末汁。
熱鑊加入牛油煮溶,放上醃好嘅豬鞍扒,轉中大火每面煎 1 分鐘。
Heat the pan and melt the butter, place in the marinated pork saddle steak, and sear over medium-high heat for 1 minute per side.
預熱焗爐至 180°C,以「蒸氣烤焗」模式焗 10 分鐘。
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake on the steam-bake setting for 10 minutes.
焗好後取出豬鞍扒,淋上蜜糖芥末汁,就大功告成喇!
