香煎三文魚以青檸汁、鹽同黑胡椒醃製魚柳,再用橄欖油煎至兩面金黃,伴蘆筍同口蘑上桌。
在三文魚上均勻撒上鹽,接着擠入青檸檬汁,再撒上黑胡椒碎,再將其醃製10分鐘。
Sprinkle the salmon with salt, squeeze over the lime juice, scatter with cracked black pepper, and marinate for 10 minutes.
將蘆筍清洗乾淨,只保留頂端部分備用。口蘑則切成片狀。
Wash the asparagus and keep the tips aside. Slice the button mushrooms.
在鍋中倒入橄欖油,將其加熱至三四成熱(温熱)。
Pour olive oil into a pan and heat to about 30 to 40 percent.
把醃製好的三文魚放入鍋中,用中小火煎制3到4分鐘。
Place the salmon in the pan and sear over medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
待三文魚兩面都煎至金黃色後,即可放入蘆筍一同煎制。
Once the salmon is golden on both sides, add the asparagus and sear alongside.
三文魚煎熟後先盛出來。再將口蘑放入鍋中,並在口蘑和蘆筍上撒上少許鹽和黑胡椒。
Transfer the cooked salmon out. Add the mushrooms to the pan and sprinkle a little salt and black pepper over the mushrooms and asparagus.
將煎好的蘆筍鋪在盤底,再用口蘑和切片的檸檬進行裝飾,即可。
Lay the asparagus on the plate as a base, then top with the salmon. Garnish with the mushrooms and lime slices to serve.
