豬扒以醬油、青檸及蒜頭醃過,小火慢煎至軟嫩,鋪上炒香的洋蔥圈同上。
將豬扒用醬油、青檸、蒜頭、鹽和胡椒粉醃製20分鐘。
Marinate the pork chop. Combine the soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper, then coat the pork chop and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
洋蔥切成圓圈,用橄欖油在鑊中炒熟(不要過熟),然後將洋蔥撥到一旁備用。
Slice the onion into rings. In a pan, heat some olive oil and sauté the onion rings. Cook them until they are just tender, making sure not to overcook them. Once done, remove the onions from the pan and set them aside.
在同一鑊中,以小火煎豬扒,蓋上鍋蓋,分次加入剩餘醃汁,直至肉質軟嫩可以上桌。熟透後將洋蔥放在上面。
Using the same pan, cook the pork chop over low heat. Cover the pan with a lid. Gradually pour in the rest of the marinade sauce, continuing to cook until the meat is tender and ready to be served. Once the pork chop is cooked through, arrange the sautéed onions on top.
