薯仔吞拿魚沙律,連皮蒸薯仔拌吞拿魚同黑橄欖,以自家製蛋黃醬撈勻,冷凍後上桌。
薯仔連皮蒸熟,然後放涼。
First, steam the potatoes with their skins still on. Once cooked, let them cool completely.
開吞拿魚罐頭並瀝乾。
Open the can of tuna and make sure to drain all the liquid.

Prepare a batch of delicious homemade mayonnaise.

Chop the black olives into bite-sized pieces.

Once cooled, cut the steamed potatoes into pieces.
