紙包三文魚以紅蔥頭墊底,鋪上蘆筍,灑黑胡椒同檸檬,用牛油紙包好蒸至嫩滑。

然後放三文魚,灑香料同少許油,放 3 塊檸檬。

用牛油紙封邊包裹三文魚,放入蒸焗爐,以「純蒸」100 度蒸 10 分鐘。
