零碳水蒟蒻麵蒜香雞炒烏冬以蒟蒻麵炒豆芽、雜菜及市售蒜香雞,淋上醬油及芝麻油。
平底鑊加油加熱,加入雜菜和豆芽輕炒,將蒜香雞放在上面,蓋上鍋蓋,煮至雞肉熱透,然後揭蓋。
Start by heating the oil in a skillet. Add the mixed vegetables and bean sprouts, and stir-fry them lightly. Place the garlic chicken on top, cover the skillet with a lid, and cook until the chicken is well heated. Once done, remove the lid.
加入清酒讓其揮發,加入徹底沖洗並瀝乾的零碳水麵條,與雞肉拌勻,然後沿鑊邊淋入醬油,全部翻炒均勻。
Sprinkle in the sake and let it evaporate. Add the zero-carb noodles, making sure they've been well-rinsed and well drained. Stir everything until the noodles are evenly combined with the chicken. After that, drizzle the soy sauce around the pan and mix everything together once more.
最後加入芝麻油,拌勻後上桌。
Add the sesame oil and stir until it's evenly distributed throughout the dish before serving.
