佛卡夏將軟身發酵麵糰鋪上番茄同芝麻,淋上橄欖油水乳化液,焗至金黃,趁熱食最佳。
喺大碗入面放入麵粉,中間挖個窩。倒入橄欖油、砂糖同酵母。
Place the flour in a bowl and creating a well in its center. Pour in the olive oil, sugar, and yeast.
加入暖水,用叉攪勻至酵母完全溶解。
Add the warm water and stir with a fork until the yeast has completely dissolved.
加鹽,再視情況加少少水,攪拌至麵糰軟滑而略帶黏性。
Add the salt and add a little more water as needed, mixing until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
蓋好,放喺暖和嘅地方靜置1小時。
Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
焗盤掃上橄欖油。將麵糰均勻鋪入盤中,面層排好番茄。
Grease a baking pan with olive oil. Carefully spread the dough evenly in the pan, then arrange the tomatoes on top.
呢個時候,可以讓佛卡夏喺盤中再靜置一小時,或者直接進行下一步。
At this point, you have two options: either let the focaccia rest in the pan for an additional hour, or proceed directly to the next step.
喺杯中將橄欖油同水混合做成乳化液,攪勻後淋喺佛卡夏面層。
Prepare an emulsion by combining olive oil and water in a glass. Stir this mixture well, then pour it over the focaccia.
撒上芝麻,喺180–200°C焗至金黃色!趁熱食,非常美味!
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 350-400°F (180-200°C) until it turns golden brown! Serve and enjoy it warm – it's truly delicious!
