輕怡蘋果煎餅將打發蛋白拌入乳酪麵糊,包住微波蘋果片,焗成鬆化小撻。
將焗爐預熱至180°C。蘋果去皮去芯,切成較厚嘅薄片。將蘋果片放入可用微波爐嘅碗度,如喜歡可灑上肉桂粉。蓋好後用微波爐加熱2分鐘,然後瀝乾水分。
First, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Peel and core the apples before slicing them into fairly thick pieces. Arrange these apple slices in a microwave-safe dish. If you like, sprinkle them with a little cinnamon. Cover the dish and microwave for 2 minutes. Afterward, be sure to drain any liquid from the apples.

Separate the egg yolk from the white. In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolk with the yogurt, sweetener, your chosen flavoring, and the oil, beating them together. Add the flour and the pinch of baking soda or baking powder, stirring until everything is evenly combined. In a separate bowl, beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until it forms stiff peaks. Carefully fold this beaten egg white into the batter.
將少量麵糊舀入迷你撻模或鬆餅模度,放上一片蘋果,再蓋上多啲麵糊。
Spoon a small amount of the batter into mini tartlet or muffin molds. Place an apple slice on top of the batter, then cover it with more batter.
放入焗爐焗約20分鐘,期間留意狀況。稍微放涼後,如喜歡可篩上糖粉享用。
Bake for about 20 minutes, keeping a close watch on them. Once baked, let them cool down a bit. If you wish, you can dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
