無鹽無糖蕎麥窩夫以蕎麥粉、低脂牛奶及雞蛋拌成順滑麵糊,烤至金黃,可配生果或果醬享用。
將所有材料混合拌勻。按需要酌量加入多少麵粉或牛奶,調成不太稠亦不太稀的順滑麵糊。多做幾次就會愈來愈掌握合適質感。
Combine all the ingredients together. If the batter seems too thick or too thin, adjust its consistency by adding a little more flour or milk until it's smooth and just right. You'll find that with practice, you'll develop a better feel for the perfect texture each time.
預熱窩夫機,加入少許牛油,用烘焙刷均勻塗抹在鐵板上。
Preheat your waffle iron. Lightly butter the plates, spreading it evenly with a pastry brush.
將麵糊倒入窩夫機並均勻鋪開。
Pour the batter into the hot waffle iron, making sure to spread it out evenly.
合上窩夫機,烹調約 3 至 4 分鐘,直至窩夫熟透並容易脫模。
Close the lid and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until the waffles are well cooked and lift out easily.
按喜好配搭牛油、生果或果醬享用。
