西蘭花茅屋芝士鬆餅將雞蛋、西蘭花、紅蘿蔔同茅屋芝士拌勻,面層灑巴馬臣芝士焗成鹹鬆餅。
將雞蛋與橄欖、香料、薄荷及茅屋芝士混合。加入切碎的西蘭花同紅蘿蔔,然後拌入麵包糠及梳打粉。
Combine the eggs, olives, spices, mint, and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add the finely chopped broccoli and carrot. Mix in the breadcrumbs and baking soda.
拌勻後倒入鬆餅模具,面層灑上巴馬臣芝士。放入焗爐以180°C烤約20分鐘。
Continue stirring until all ingredients are evenly combined. Spoon the mixture into muffin molds, then sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over the top of each. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
稍微放涼後脫模。
Allow the muffins to cool down a bit before carefully taking them out of their molds.
