青檸忌廉醬以小火加熱忌廉,拌入細香蔥、芥末同青檸汁及皮屑,煮至濃稠,作清新醬汁配菜。
將忌廉倒入煲中。
Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan.
將細香蔥切碎,磨出青檸皮屑,然後榨汁。
Finely chop the chives. Zest the lime and squeeze out its juice.
加入鹽、黑椒、細香蔥碎同芥末醬。邊攪拌邊用小火加熱。
Add the salt, pepper, chopped chives, and mustard to the cream. Gently heat the mixture while stirring continuously.
加入一半嘅青檸汁同少許青檸皮屑。
Add half of the lime juice and some of the lime zest into the sauce.
邊攪拌邊加熱至醬汁變濃稠。
Continue to heat and stir the sauce until it thickens to your desired consistency.
