蒜香蜜糖豬扒先煎香調味豬扒,再以牛油、蒜頭、雞湯和蜜糖燜煮收稠,鹹甜惹味,醬汁濃稠。

在鑊中加油,以中火煮豬扒至熟,取出備用。
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the seasoned pork chops until they are done to your liking, then remove them from the pan and set them aside.
