千層薄餅(巴格里爾),以粗麥粉酵母麵糊煎成滿佈氣孔的薄餅,按喜好掃上牛油、橄欖油或蜜糖。
將所有乾材料(除泡打粉外)混合。
Stir together all the dry ingredients, making sure to set aside the baking powder for now.
加入暖水打勻,然後轉移至座台攪拌機或用手提攪拌棒。加入泡打粉,充分攪拌約5分鐘。
Add the warm water and whisk the mixture. Transfer this mixture to a stand mixer or use an immersion blender. At this point, add the baking powder and continue to mix well for a good 5 minutes.
將薄餅鑊燒熱。鑊熱後倒入一勺麵糊,煎1至2分鐘。薄餅煎嘅時候會冒出小孔。煎好後移至大廚房紙上放涼。按喜好掃上牛油、橄欖油或蜜糖。
Heat a crêpe pan until it's hot. Once heated, pour in a ladleful of batter and cook each crêpe for 1 to 2 minutes. You'll notice that holes will form on the surface of the crêpe as it cooks. When a crêpe is done, transfer it to a large kitchen towel to cool. Serve them brushed with butter, olive oil, or honey, according to your preference.
