雜菜煮先炒香翠玉瓜、茄子、燈籠椒同洋蔥,再加番茄、蒜頭同香草束燉至軟身。
開始前先準備好所有材料。
Before you begin cooking, make sure all your ingredients are prepped and ready.
喺大煲加入橄欖油,放入洋蔥、蒜頭同燈籠椒,炒香至軟身。
Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add the onions, garlic, and bell peppers, then sauté them until they've softened.
加入茄子,繼續炒。
Add the eggplant and continue to sauté.
加入翠玉瓜,再炒一次。
Stir in the zucchini and sauté for a bit longer.
加入去皮番茄、鹽、黑椒、甜椒粉同溫和辣椒粉。加少許砂糖平衡番茄嘅酸味。
Now, add the peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and mild chili powder. Add a little sugar to help balance the acidity from the tomatoes.
加入番茄蓉同香草束,一起煮約12分鐘。
Add the tomato puree and the bouquet garni. Let everything cook together for about 12 minutes.
完成喇!配烤雞或白魚上碟。
Your ratatouille is now ready! It pairs well with grilled chicken or white fish.
