煎鑊千層麵在鑊中層層疊上麵皮、番茄醬、莫扎里拉及巴馬臣芝士,蓋上蓋慢煮至凝固。
喺直徑約 6–8 吋(15–20 厘米)嘅煎鑊底部同側面塗上牛油。
Butter the bottom and sides of a skillet that measures about 6-8 inches (15-20 cm) in diameter.
喺底部鋪上一層加咗羅勒同鹽調味嘅番茄醬。
Spread a layer of tomato sauce, seasoned with basil and salt, across the bottom of the skillet.
放入一張麵皮,再加番茄醬、巴馬臣芝士,最後放幾塊莫扎里拉芝士。
Place one sheet of pasta on top of the sauce. Follow this with another layer of sauce, then sprinkle with Parmesan, and finally add some diced mozzarella pieces.
按食材份量重複疊層,盡量多疊幾層。
Continue building these layers, repeating the pasta, sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella, until you've used up your ingredients.
疊好所有層次後,將 1 隻雞蛋、¼ 杯牛奶同 1 湯匙忌廉打勻,淋喺面層。撒上巴馬臣芝士,放一小塊牛油,蓋上鑊蓋,以細火慢煮約 30 分鐘。
Once all your layers are assembled, whisk together 1 egg, 1/4 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of heavy cream. Pour this mixture evenly over the top of the lasagna. Finish by sprinkling with a bit more Parmesan, adding a small piece of butter, and then covering the skillet with a lid. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
