鹹蛋蒸肉餅將免治豬肉調味拌至起膠,鋪上鹹蛋黃同蒸,鬆軟惹味,是經典家常菜。
將免治豬肉和醃料拌勻,拌至起膠狀態。可適當拋打豬肉,令肉餅更有口感。
Mix the ground pork with the marinade until it becomes sticky. Throw the pork against the bowl a few times to give the patty a better texture.
將豬肉平放在碟子上,再放上鹹蛋黃。
Spread the pork flat on a plate, then place the salted egg yolk on top.
大火蒸 10-12 分鐘(視乎肉餅的大小和厚薄)。可在煲飯時放入電飯煲中同時蒸更方便。
Steam over high heat for 10-12 minutes (depending on the size and thickness of the patty). For convenience, you can steam it in the rice cooker while cooking rice.
