鹹蛋蒸肉餅將調味免治豬肉拌至起膠,鋪上鹹蛋黃蒸熟,三步完成的經典家常菜。
將免治豬肉同醃料拌勻,拌至起膠狀態。適當拋打豬肉,令肉餅更有口感。
Mix the minced pork with the marinade and stir until sticky and bouncy. Throw the pork a few times so the patty has a better texture.
將豬肉平放喺碟上,再放上鹹蛋黃。
Flatten the pork on a plate and place the salted egg yolk on top.
大火蒸 10-12 分鐘(視乎肉餅嘅大小同厚薄)。可喺煲飯時放入電飯煲中同時蒸,更方便!
Steam over high heat for 10-12 minutes (depending on the size and thickness of the patty). For convenience, you can steam it in the rice cooker while cooking rice.
